CIROBE 2008 is October 24-26, 2008
Friday, October 24: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, October 25: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, October 26: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Set-up for CIROBE starts on Thursday at noon. Exhibitors with larger booths should plan to set up on Thursday. There will be two hours of set-up available Friday morning before the show opens for exhibitors to put the finishing touches on their booths. Exhibitors who plan to fly out on Sunday should schedule flights after break-down, which begins at 2 p.m.
CIROBE will be held at the Hilton Chicago, 720 S. Michigan Avenue. Special room rates are available for CIROBE attendees. The Hilton Chicago is located in downtown Chicago in the south "loop" area and is convenient to many of Chicago's famous attractions such as the Sears Tower and the Art Institute, as well as to dining and shopping, entertainment, etc.
CIROBE takes place in the Hilton Chicago exhibit space on the lower level. A registration and Will-Call desk is open during set-up and throughout the show.
CIROBE does not make travel arrangements for attendees and exhibitors, nor book hotel rooms. However, directions to the Hilton and reservations at the Hilton can be obtained from the Hilton website.
We encourage attendees to arrive on Friday morning for the show opening at 9 a.m.
