CIROBE maintains an office in Chicago. This office is staffed part-time for most of the year, and full time the last few months before the show. Voice mail is available to callers when no one is in the office.
CIROBE usually shares a booth with Powell's Books Wholesale at the London Book Fair, BookExpo America, and CIANA, and sometimes sends representatives to regional book shows.
