Rates

Rates for rooms in the main house and the Executive Class Level rooms will be available in spring 2011. Single (1 person), Double (2 persons, 1 bed), Double/double (2 persons, 2 double beds), and non-smoking and wheelchair accessible rooms are available at the same rate. (Options may be based on availability.) An additional $20.00 per person is applied for more than two people in a room. If rate requested is not available, next highest rate will be confirmed. All room rates are subject to the prevailing Illinois and Chicago Occupancy, Operators' and Accommodations Taxes, which currently are: 14.9%

Terms

The above rates expire the first week of October, 2011. If rate requested is not available, lowest available rate will be confirmed.
All room rates are subject to the prevailing Illinois and Chicago Occupancy, Operators' and Accommodations Taxes, currently 15.4%.
A deposit of one room and tax per reservation will be billed to the credit card given at the time the reservation is made.
To avoid an early departure fee of one night room and tax, please confirm your length of stay at check-in.
Early check-in can be requested in advance based on availably with a charge of $25.00.

Deadline

The deadline for room reservations will be the first week in October but we encourage you to book now as we usually sell out of rooms in our block.
