Most exhibitors will use the Exhibitor Kit for Tabletop Two Day or Four Day Show. If you have any questions about which type of booth you have reserved, please email us. Most information in the kits is the same for all three kits except the move-in and set-up dates.

Shipments should arrive no earlier than September 24, no later than October 15, 2012. Breakdown and Move-out Information We require that exhibitors do not start breaking down booths until the end of the show at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012. Please make your travel plans accordlingly. You have been required to pay a deposit, equal to 10% of your total booth fee, that is refundable so long as your- booth remains open for sales until the close of the show. If you break down your booth prior to 5 p.m. on Saturday, your deposit will be forfeited. Breakdown is scheduled for Saturday, October 27, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. If you will be shipping your booth back to your company, please make arrangements to have your materials picked up on Saturday October 27 between 12 p.m. & 3 p.m. Outbound Freight Intention Form Please review, to be filled out ONSITE.
